No voicemail - EVER.
It’s a big goal, but we CAN’T STAND IT when you call and get our voicemail because we know how much it frustrates you to not get a live person when you reach out. We are building out systems and teams to be available to answer your call right when you need it, without having to leave a voicemail. It may never be 100%, but we’re doing everything we can to make sure a live, friendly person greets you - every time.
More help and faster service
We’ve been hiring like crazy, but the tickets keep coming in by the thousands! We want to make sure that we’re not just meeting your expectations, but exceeding them by going the “extra mile” in every way. We’re bringing in more people with more skills and certifications across all areas of technology so they can be available to your organization when you need them.
Massive infrastructure upgrades
We are implementing the latest technology systems across the board and discarding tools and services that don’t meet our standards of quality. We are building out scalability with partners and services that can grow as you do. In addition, we’re adding 24/7/365 staff to monitor all of your core infrastructure and take proactive steps in more significant ways than have been possible before.
Deeper, more personal engagements
We’re focusing more than ever on making sure that your experience with RoundTable is a consistently great working relationship. Our goal is to provide you with true partnership to help you succeed. You’ll start seeing us in person more, and we will be helping you plan and grow in ways that are tailored to your organization.
Change is good, but...
As with any change, there will be some bumps in the road as we work aggressively to implement all of these improvements. We truly appreciate your patience and suggestions! As we say internally, “The table is round for a reason.” Your partnership has guided us to grow and change, and will continue to do so as we move forward together.
