We are a small, fast-growing Managed Services Provider that is in need of a high-performance technician who can respond to phone calls, address tier 1 and 2 issues quickly and escalate those that are more time consuming . The best person for this position is someone who is high-energy, detail oriented and never happy with anything less than perfection. Those looking for an easy “9-5” job and slower pace should not apply.

IT Support Technician

  • Provide technical assistance and support via Phone for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and configure computer and network components
  • Work with the team to ensure tickets assigned are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate tickets.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and help come up with improvement processes.

IT Support Technician Requirements:

  • Experience with Windows OS and MacOS
  • Experience with Windows Server 2012/2016, Exchange 2013/2016
  • Experience with Google Workspace and M365
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • 1+ years experience with M365 and Active Directory
  • 6 months+ MSP experience preferred
