I’m a customer-focused professional with 7 years of experience in Customer Service and 9 years in Customer Success and Account Management. I’m currently enjoying my role as a Revenue Operations Administrator, where I get to learn more about the backend of the business, discover new things, and support my team in meaningful ways. I find it incredibly fulfilling knowing that my work helps make things easier for others.
Outside of work, I enjoy watching Netflix, getting a relaxing massage, and treating myself to facials, salon visits, and dental care. I’m all about continuous growth, helping others, and making time to recharge!
