Brad Dormanen

Brad Dormanen has been solving technology problems before most people knew they had them. With nearly three decades in IT, Brad has worn just about every hat in the industry — from hands-on systems engineer to executive leader — and he genuinely enjoys all of it.

His career started in Minnesota, where he cut his teeth helping everyday people navigate the then-wild frontier of personal computing. That early experience instilled something that's stuck with him ever since: technology should work for people, not the other way around. He carried that philosophy into a 12-year run at a global IT managed services firm, where he architected solutions for hundreds of clients worldwide, then spent the next 15 years as VP of Digital Operations at a Maine-based ISP, building and leading the teams that kept the internet on for thousands of customers.

Now Brad brings that depth of experience to a mission he genuinely believes in — supporting the organizations that make communities better. Leading Technical Delivery means ensuring the nonprofits we serve get world-class IT support so they can stay focused on their world-class work.

When he's not untangling infrastructure or mentoring the next generation of IT pros, Brad performs music, rocking out on the weekends.
