She began her career at the Service Desk and advanced into key roles, including Analyst, Escalation Support, and Floor Support. Over the course of her career, she has been recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and has taken on advanced Level 2 responsibilities, consistently delivering reliable support across a wide range of enterprise applications.Beyond her technical expertise, July brings a creative edge to her work.

Outside of work, she is passionate about creativity—she enjoys photography, video editing, documentation, graphic design, and managing social media content. She also loves spending time with her loved ones, especially discovering new cafés as a way to unwind and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
